岗位职责：

Ø Promote and Sell company services actively through marketing calls, presentation, mapping, exhibition attendance, client visiting and negotiation

Ø Quality control of short listed candidates by interviewing, reference checking and profiling

Ø Facilitate and debrief Send-Outs

Ø Offer negotiation and placement facilitation

Ø Coach researcher and push for result

Ø Contract negotiation with clients

Ø Successfully develope and deliver at least one case on the field of energy client 

Ø Guide and define positions correctly before delivered to researchers

Ø Ensure up-to-date industrial information in OA system

Ø You have responsibility to notice project procedure to related people and show your boss and other related people involved in the project good and not-good places after project finished 

Ø You have responsibility to negotiate with other consultants and come to the agreement that different projects are assigned among the team in the same or different region 

任职要求：

At least 3 years above related experience on headhunting or HR field

Good english skill and strong interested in headhunting industry.
